Report day 4 - 25 June 2015
Day 4 and three more races were held in glorious sunshine and a 15 -20 not breeze. The wind speed was a little more liking to much of the fleet and we saw the full fleet start the day. Team Nicholson lead the first race but a broken jib sheet meant an early pit stop allowing the Crispins to gain another first - a result that will really count at the end of the week. It was yet another impressive day of racing on Lake Garda for the forty-strong Audi Melges 20 fleet competing at the 2015 Audi-Tron Sailing Series hosted by Fraglia Della Vela Riva and organized by B.Plan Sport & Events (BPSE) in cooperation with Melges Europe. Dario Levi aboard Fremito D’Arja laid down the law to win all three races conducted on Day Two, sending him into the overall lead ahead by eight solid points.
