FIN1 Racing is the new EUROSAF 69F European Champion

Riva del Garda – The EUROSAF 69F European Championship 2025, a continental event reserved for this dynamic crewed foiler, developed on Lake Garda and already chosen by several teams to select the teams in view of the Unicredit Youth America’s Cup, has just concluded at Fraglia Vela Riva. The event was also valid as the first leg of the 69F Cup 2025.

Three days of almost perfect weather allowed PRO David Bartol to archive an event full of tests – eighteen in total with an average duration of 12-15 minutes each – and Allan Norreggard’s FIN1 Racing to climb to the top of Europe, and at the same time to make the first stage of the circuit his own, two years after the last continental success obtained by his team.

The Finns, who didn’t get off to a great start, had a second day to remember and took the lead, defended today by the return of Andrea Demurtas’ Fraglia Vela Riva Youth Team, who won the final race with double points and finished with an exciting second overall. A commendable result considering that Demurtas-Santi-Albini were making their debut on this type of boat. The continental podium was completed by Alexis Just’s Elevation Racing Team.

Sergey Kuznetsov’s Pirogovo won among the owner drivers, while on the young podium there was also glory for the very young ACTG x BYC of Valentina Steinlein.

The 69F Cup will return to Torbole between 9 and 12 July and will conclude in Malcesine with the final event, scheduled between 3 and 6 September.
